Moore stuff stolen
A Moore Hall resident reported on Apr. 10 that two unknown males had roused him early on Mar. 35. The victim reported that one of the males dropped his cell phone upon exiting the room and that a sum of money was missing from the room. This individual came forward because of the possibility of their connection with other recent thefts from Moore.

On Friday, Apr. 11, a 30 gig and 160 gig iPod were reported stolen from Moore Hall.

Under the influence
A drunk, belligerent male hit another male in the Cutler Apartment Complex on Apr. 6. The victim did not press charges.

An officer was flagged down by a female who was looking for her friend on Apr. 11. During the conversation, the officer smelled alcohol on her breath and noted that the personal information provided by her could not be identified. When the fpolice determined her identity and planned on returning her to her mother, she became violent and disruptive. She was booked into the Fairbanks Youth Facility for false report, minor consuming and curfew violation.

An officer heard two underage males in the MBS men’s bathroom talking about “bleeding,” he checked on them. The two had cut their hands. Both declined further medical attention, but since they had been drinking and were underage, they were both cited for minor consuming on Apr. 9.

On Tanana loop, an officer heard yelling, then observed a male leaning partially out of a moving vehicle after midnight on Apr. 9. The occupants of the vehicle were contacted and Benjamin B. Hawkins, 19 was found to be driving after consuming alcohol while underage. His passenger had also drunk alcohol while underage.

Chase
An officer was led on a chase of a vehicle that was speeding down University Avenue to College Road and finally to Caribou Way. Bill Kraus, 50, was arrested for

DUI, evading and eluding, driving with a revoked operator’s license and no valid operator’s license. He later refused to submit a breath sample and was charged with a refusal on Apr. 5.

Revoked
During a routine traffic stop on Apr. 9, Lorne B. Cook, 20, was found to be driving with a suspended license on Farmer’s Loop.

When he was pulled over for speeding, David M. Beene, 50 was found to be driving without a valid license. He was cited and released.

Disputes
There was a report of harassing e-mails on campus on Mar. 26.

A report of a domestic dispute in Bartlett hall found that a 23-year-old man was violating a no trespassing order. Caleb A. Culver was arrested and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Facility.

On Apr. 8, a male went into the police station to admit to slashing tires on a vehicle pakred in the Taku lot due to a personal problem with the owner of the vehicle. He claimed to be remorseful. The owner of the vehicle was contacted, criminal charges may be pending.

There was a report of harassment between employees at the agricultural farm on Apr. 9. The matter is still under investigation, but human resources was also contacted for intervention.

Drugs
In the Just-a-Store lot on Apr. 5, Nathaniel A. Allison, 18 handed over drug paraphernalia. He was cited and then released.

A staff member of Residence Life turned over a baggie of marijuana found in the upper Moore lot on Apr. 5.

Misc.
There was a motor vehicle accident with minor injuries on Apr. 11 on Yukon Dr.

An officer stood by for a disciplinary hearing in Gruening on Apr. 8.
