Whereas, SAD affects many Fairbanks students;

Whereas, Students with SAD may have grades that suffer;

Whereas, SAD lamps help, but the health center only has 10 SAD lamps for thousands of students to borrow;

Whereas, Students can only borrow these lamps for a week at a time; and

Whereas, Many students spend time in the ASUAF lobby and at the ASUAF public computers; now, therefore be it

Enacted, That $500 be allocated from Senate Projects to purchase up to five lamps for public use in the ASUAF offices.
