Whereas, This could be important in the future; now, therefore be it

Enacted, That the following text be added to the ASUAF Elections Manual:

301.2.2 Special elections may be held for the offices of President, Vice President, or Senator only as required by section 906.

Fiscal Impact: 
$0
Purpose: 
To allow special elections for ASUAF offices in the event that all or part of these elections are invalidated by the Elections Board.
History: 

1st reading: 171-N sent to IA
Internal Affairs: recommended adopt
2nd reading: 172-D adopted by consent was vetoed in full and with no objection veto was overturned 172-E
