Whereas, The only constant in life is change;
Whereas, ASUAF understands the importance of ample notice prior to scheduling a meeting;
Whereas, The 72 hour requirement is a leisure and provides an excuse for not showing up to meetings; and
Whereas, 48 hours is more than enough time to check scheduling and arrive to meetings or cancel; now therefore be it
Enacted, That ASUAF amend bylaw 306.2 to read:
To submit notice of time and place of committee meetings to the Senate Chair and publicly post such in the Senate Chambers a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
