Whereas, ASUAF has traditionally provided coffee for its members;
Whereas, ASUAF attempted to continue this tradition, but due to budget constraints, has come up short;
Whereas, This is the first time ASUAF have not been able to provide coffee for the members of ASUAF;
Whereas, Interaction with the student body is important and the coffee brings students to the ASUAF offices;and
Whereas, This is a small expense for cohesion with the student body; now therefore be it
Enacted, That the ASUAF senate allocates up $600 from senate projects to fund coffee for the remainder of this academic year; and be it further
Enacted, That none of these monies be spent until session 172 is convened.

2nd reading: 171-K amendments were made on the floor and the bill was referred to the student affairs committee
Student Affairs: made amendments; sent to 2nd reading with recommendation of adopt
2nd reading: 171-M the amendment student affairs made was declared out of order, the fiscal impact was amended and the bill passed the senate by a vote of 13-1-2
