Whereas, The UA Full Funding Campaign in Juneau is an event where ASAF has been a major participant;
Whereas, a successful full-funding campaign would lead to the complete financial backing of the Board of Regents annual budget;
Whereas, if a request is fully funded, the Board of Regents could not justify seeking additional financial support from students through increasing tuition; and
Whereas, ASUAF recognizes that tution increases are one of the major reasons for student drop out; now, therefore be it
Resolved, That ASUAF support the full funding of the Board of Regents budget so that students enrolled in the UA system are not negatively impacted by lack of funding.
