Whereas, The Article of Impeachment is exempt from rules 5.1c and 5.2 largely because everyone has a right to a speedy trial; and
Whereas, This right is also lost when charges are not promptly considered; now, therefore be it
Resolved, That resolutions appointing the Internal Affairs Committee to investigate charges of misconduct by an ASUAF official shall be exempt from rules 5.1c and 5.2.
