Jennifer Chambers Whereas, The Alumni Association hosted a tailgate party at the volleyball game last Saturday;
Whereas, The Alumni Director, Joe Hayes, was under the impression that there was a line in the ASUAF budget to support said tailgate party;
Whereas, President Adrian Triebel assisted with the tailgate and ASUAF was advertised at the event; and
Whereas, The Alumni Association is willing to donate the leftovers from the tailgate party that we could use to do a barbecue at Starvation Gulch; now therefore be it
Enacted, That the ASUAF senate allocate $100 from senate grants to the Alumni Association to reimburse them for some of the costs associated with the tailgate party.
Fiscal Impact:
$100 Purpose:
To reimburse the Alumni Association for some of the costs associated with the tailgate party that they held.
